My favorite pastime is to create within the world of tastes and make food in the kitchen. Once, while attending the lessons of Ayurveda - the ancient science of a healthy lifestyle and longevity - I was deeply impressed by the idea, that a person gets supreme satisfaction from food when tasting all the 6 tastes: sweet, salty, spicy, sour, bitter, tart.
